Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17 October 1992, in the country of India is a film actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema, along with several films in Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actor Savitri for her role in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her first career was an actor for children. After completing her studies in the field of Fashion Design, she was back to acting. She had her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first projects outside of Malayalam and was signed to be a part of several Tamil film projects simultaneously. In 2015, she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu in opposition to each other. But, both films were not a success at the theaters. The actress had to pull out of a variety of projects she had been making in 2015 such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye, and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam in order to allow for more ambitious projects. Within a brief period, she worked alongside Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor in Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut was planned in the form of Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film was pushed back from 2015 with reports that it would be released in September in 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was made in the year 2016 and featured actor Ram Pothineni. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa in a film starring actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan. Also, she was in Tamil film Paambhu sattai and Telugu film Nenu Local in 2017.
