Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer well-known for his distinct blend of soul gospel jazz R&B as well as R&B. She's performed on Broadway in the Democratic National Convention and in clubs and festivals throughout Europe. Sunshine's birth name is Denise White. The singer hails from Chester Pennsylvania, where she began her music career playing the piano and singing at church. She went to Spellman College in Atlanta where she started her musical apprenticeship within the city's R&B scene.
